The Chef Conference 2025

New York City, May 18-19

The Chef Conference’s inaugural New York City event will be held at The Institute of Culinary Education and provide an inclusive space for connection between NYC-based chefs, journalists and industry colleagues from across the country and abroad. Supported by Resy, an American Express company, The Chef Conference NYC will feature two days of programming on May 18-19th. Each day will be a separate ticket price.

  • Sunday, May 18th: business-focused panels led by Oyster Sunday, Helbraun Levey and Friend of Chef as well as panels focused on the finances of menu planning, hospitality technology, and the role of CEOs.

  • Monday, May 19th: chef-focused panels on food television, food science and hot topics in the industry now.

Moderators and panelists set to appear include Heston Blumenthal, Wylie Dufresne, Danny Meyer, Kwame Onwuachi, Chintan Pandya, Eric Ripert, Missy RobbinsGail Simmons, and Stephanie Wu

Conference tickets and the full lineup to be announced on a later date. In addition to panels, tickets include access to culinary offerings from local and visiting chefs throughout the day.
