Anju at CO-OP Restaurant & Bar
Join us as Chef Angel Barreto of Anju, D.C.’s modern Korean standout, brings a taste of Anju to Philadelphia for the day with a prix fixe menu available only at CO-OP—a darling of University City and signature restaurant of The Study, host hotel of this year’s Chef Conference.
Kasama + Atomix + Jesse Ito at Picnic
For one day only, Picnic will welcome in Kalaya’s Chutatip “Nok” Suntaranon, Royal Sushi & Izakaya’s Jesse Ito and Justin Bacharach, Kasama’s Tim Flores and Genie Kwon, and Atoboy’s JP Park along with Chef Inwoo to join Picnic Chef Joe Mooney for a collaboration lunch featuring signature items from each celebrated chef, all of whom have made a huge impact on the restaurant industry from Philadelphia to New York City to Chicago and beyond. The three-course menu, priced at $75 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity), will also include desserts by Kasama and Picnic’s James Matty.

Naks, Animae and Lasita at Mish Mish
On April 5th, we’re gathering three Filipinx chefs – Tara Monsod (Anime and Le Coq, San Diego), Eric Valdez (Naks, NYC), and Zev Flores (Mish Mish, Philly)—under one roof and we’re throwing a little house party at Mish Mish. It’ll be feast-y and loud and fun. Natural wines and cocktails—curated by Chase Valencia (Lasita, L.A.) and Alex Tewfik (Mish Mish)—will be flowing all night long.

Join us for a brunch and a panel discussion with Toni Tipton-Martin and special guests inspired by When Southern Women Cook!
Budonoki at Royal Izakaya
On Sunday, April 6, Chefs Jesse Ito of Royal Sushi Omakase and Dan Rabilwongse of Budonoki will host a collaboration dinner with a multi-course Izakaya menu created by the two teams. Reservations begin at 5pm, and seating will be staggered until 8:30pm. Dinner is priced at $100 per person, which includes food menu only.
Wolf Tailor at Tresini
James Beard Award Winner Chef Kelly Whitaker reunites with Chef Brad Daniels at Tresini for a one-night-only Sunday Abbondanza. Kelly and Brad worked together at The Wolf's Tailor, Kelly's Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant in Denver, prior to Brad opening Tresini. Guests will experience highlights from Chef Brad's time at The Wolf's Tailor, Tresini favorites and more. The evening begins with complementary bubbles followed by a multi-course family-style meal including pastas made with heirloom grains. This dinner celebrates the makers: the farmers, the growers, the vintners, the cooks, and more who make it all possible.
Acamaya at Kalaya
Join us on Sunday, April 6th beginning at 5 p.m. for a very special dinner Powered by Resy featuring two celebrated chefs from New Orleans and Philadelphia. For one night only, Kalaya will welcome in Acamaya chef Ana Castro, a James Beard Foundation nominee and 2022 Food & Wine Best New Chef for a collaboration dinner in The Chef Conference series. Suntaranon and Castro will collaborate on a menu that will feature flavors from both restaurants, which feature Acamaya’s contemporary Mexican seafood mixed with Kalaya’s Thai cuisine.
Penny + Saltie Girl at Jaffa
Jaffa Bar & Chef Andrew Henshaw are honored to welcome Chef Kathy Sidell of Saltie Girl and Chef Josh Pinsky of Penny for this very special Sunday night dinner! We will be offering our full Jaffa Bar menu in addition to specialty dishes from the stellar teams behind Saltie Girl and Penny.
