The Chef Conference’s inaugural Los Angeles event will provide an inclusive space for connection between West Coast-based chefs, journalists and industry colleagues from across the country and Mexico. Panel discussions and Trailblazer Talks will address issues actively impacting the hospitality industry today with topics ranging from culinary entertainment to marketing to mental health.
Anticipated moderators and panelists include: Raphael Brion (Food & Wine), Jeff Gordinier (Esquire), Jenny Goodman (Tilit), Katianna Hong (Yangban), Thomas McNaughton (Flour + Water), Elena Reygadas (Rosetta in CDMX), Kim Severson (The New York Times), Chris Shepherd (Southern Smoke Foundation), Jason Stewart (How Long Gone podcast), and Erick Williams (Virtue) with more to be announced in the coming weeks.
